Mador Architects were commissioned by The Astbury to evolve their 5 Star holiday resort.

 

This included the renewal of 40 individual holiday properties within the setting of the existing championship golf course, as well as a new Spa, restaurant extension, hotel accommodation, a new dedicated golf clubhouse, and improvements to landscaping throughout the site to provide the setting for the foremost luxury resort in the Midlands.

Mador architects saw the project through from concept design, the resolution of the masterplan, planning and detail design.

The project reviewed contemporary holiday offers sought by holiday-goers for private modern spaces in natural settings within reach of a resort community and amenities.
