We took this new build golf practice and club building through all work stages. Situated on a bleak flood plain site, the accommodation is designed to create a large, sheltered and south facing arrival courtyard around which the facilities are grouped. The circulation is arranged so that rooms have daylight from two directions and access to outdoor areas with seating in the sun both mornings and afternoons.

The facilities include a 60 bay golf practice area, function rooms and typical club facilities. The centre is aimed at entry-level golfers and 27 hole golf course was built at the same time as the building.
