This £10m project is a landscape regeneration project with water-based resort of 600 units and associated leisure facilities. It is one of the larger projects the practice has handled. The project dramatically improved and enhanced the existing semi-artificial landscape alongside formalising the adhoc temporary buildings on site into a cohesive, well-managed environment.

The practice acted as lead consultant architects and masterplanners to this high profile luxury development within the Cotswold Water Park. The design breaks the site up into a number of village units each with its own character. Dealing with a myriad of interest groups, Mador Architects lead the team in acquiring detailed planning consent for the site. Subsequently we provided construction information to Phase One (18 units) and Phase Two (56 units).
